Sarah (red shirt OH NO!) and Carrie (nip dip, no apologies) have been friends for eight, maybe nine years? I don’t know. It’s been a real long time.

Since the beginning they’ve bonded on knowing that just because something is popular doesn’t mean it’s cool and just because something happens a lot doesn’t mean it’s right. So, come hang out with us! It might not make you right or cool, but it could make you laugh. And that seems ok!

We’re really hoping to share our ridiculous sense of humor, nerdiness, and love of the drink with everyone.

Also, if you dig our logo and happen to love getting tattoos, check out the artist. WE LOVE IT SO MUCH and it was absolutely what pushed us over the edge from talking about doing this to actually doing it. How could we put it off any longer with such badass art?!

What people are saying.

“Like I was already laughing, and it felt like I was right there, just watching you guys in person, and it made me happy. AND I AM NEVER HAPPY!” and “I'll be so mad if you guys ever get it (the podcast intro). I will just rage quit.” - Krista

“It’s like being in the same room. . . as someone that is having fun” - Carrie’s husband, Tim.

“Fuck yeah I loved this!” - Taylor

“I listened to about half of it. It was better than I expected.” - Carrie’s boss

“This is a good about page.” - Mike (he’s a professor with a doctorate, I bet he’s right.)

“I wanna make a quote about the podcast!” - Sarah’s husband, David.

“I am familiar enough with Star Trek TOS to be intrigued by the concept of your podcast” - Carrie’s doctor (I'm sorry if you read this, doc, but I laughed out loud at the idea of putting that here and there was no stopping after that.)

“Self indulgent” - Honest Bill

This podcast is the culmination of Sarah and Carrie realizing they were good at two things: drinking and getting waaay too into Star Trek. And puns. Ok, that’s three.

After years of banter in the privacy of their own homes, they’ve opened up this spectacle to you, the audience. Sarah is doing the editing, Carrie is on web. . . things. We’re not sure where this is heading, but you can come along for the ride! You’re welcome.
